Ludivine Poiblanc is a stylist and creative director from Paris. Inarguably informed by her upbringing in the French capital, her work is a site of contrast, subjecting classic sartorial codes to processes of subtle distortion. Beginning her career at Vogue France before moving to New York to work with Interview, Poiblanc has spent the past three decades bringing thought provoking fashion stories to life alongside the industry’s leading image makers. In her capacity as a creative director she has informed the output of numerous brands, consulting on each step of the product journey from development to sale. Poiblanc’s enduring fascination with unique characters informs all of her work, including a her recent campaigns for her long standing collaborator, Lanvin, which saw her produce a series of black-and-white studies alongside Steven Meisel.
